NXT REP - Refund & Exchange Policy

1. No Refunds:
Refunds are not available as all products are for personal use. 

وفقًا لأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018، وخاصةً ما ورد بشأن الاستثناءات المتعلقة بطبيعة بعض السلع في المادة (17)، لا يجوز استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي أو الملامسة المباشرة للجلد، وذلك حفاظًا على الصحة والسلامة العامة، ما لم يثبت وجود عيب صناعة بها.

2. Exchange Eligibility:

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

3. Exchange Process:

• Contact us on Instagram within 14 days, providing your order number and reason for exchange.
• Items will be inspected to ensure no signs of usage before the exchange is approved.

4. Fees:

• Delivery fees for exchanges start at a minimum of EGP 120 and may increase depending on your location.
